Leather Swatch Protector is a small leather barrier between your customer's wrist and the welding machine electrode.
A protective leather swatch ensures the customer cannot be accidentally injured by the sharp electrode on the welding machine.
After sizing the customer's bracelet and checking for a correct fit, have the customer place their wrist on a flat surface. Place the leather swatch between the client's wrist and the bracelet and then slowly bring the microscope arm containing the electrode down to the customer to put in position for welding.
Once the weld is complete, remove the leather swatch to check fit once more. Repeat as necessary.
